What right of way information can the report help identify?

Confirm key right of way information for a property or piece of land.

The documents (deeds) held by the Land Register for the property (or piece of land) are reviewed, the Right of Way Report is then compiled and written to clearly identify and explain:

  1. The registered private rights of way that the owner(s) of the property (or piece of land) are entitled to use to access the property (or piece of land), if any.
  2. The registered private rights of way that other properties have over the property or piece of land, if any.
  3. The responsibilities the owner(s) of the property or piece of land have towards the rights of way, if any.

The report will include official copies of the relevant deeds and plans for the property as proof to support all of the report's findings.
