Order a Right of Access Report for £99

Access to neighbouring land is sometimes required to allow you to be able to maintain and repair your property more easily. Covenants in your property's deeds may entitle you to a right of access, under certain conditions, to neighbouring properties, they may also entitle your neighbours to access your property .

These rights of access may entitle companies that own services that run under your property, to access your property to inspect, maintain and repair the services (electricity cables, pipes, septic tanks, etc).

The documents (deeds) held by the Register for the property (or piece of land) are reviewed, the Right of Access Report is then compiled and written to clearly identify and explain:

1. The registered rights of access that the owner(s) of the property (or piece of land) are entitled to use, if any.

2. The registered rights of access that other properties have over the property or piece of land, if any.

3. The conditions of the rights of access, if any. This may be what access is allowed for, the times of day access is allowed be used, if notice must be given, etc.

The report will include official copies of the relevant deeds and plans for the property as proof to support all of the report's findings.
