The Title Pack is the modern version of the property's deeds and provides full legal proof of ownership.

The property's title pack includes:

1. Official copy of Title Register.

2. Official copy of Title Plan.

3. Official copy of ALL available documents referred to by the Title Register.

Documents referred to by the Title Register can include:

Abstracts, Agreements, Application Forms, Assents, Assignments, Charges, Conveyances, Deeds, Indentures, Leases, Licenses, Plans, Statutory Declarations, Sub-Charges, Transfer and others.

These documents could provide information about easements, rights of way, restrictions on land use, boundary responsibility, leases and there could also be other more detailed plans on file within conveyances or transfers.
