The Title Pack is the bundle of official copy documents that replaced the original title deeds. Together, the documents in the Title Pack provide legal proof of ownership and set out the rights, restrictions and covenants that apply to the property or land.
Official copy register of title
Provides legal proof of ownership for the property, as well as referring to other deeds, documents and plans that contain matters of importance to the property.
Official copy of the title plan
Shows the general boundary and extent of the land included in the title.
Official Copies of all available deeds, documents and plans referred to by the register or title.
These deeds, documents and plans set out the rights, restrictions, responsibilities and covenants that apply to the property.

What if I do not know the title number?

What are filed deeds and documents?
These are documents referred to in the title register, sometimes shown with wording such as “copy filed”. They may include deeds, transfers, conveyances, leases, plans or other documents depending on what is held for the property.
Should I order Title Deeds or an Ownership Search?
Choose Title Deeds if you want the title register, title plan and available filed documents. Choose Ownership Searches if you mainly need to check who owns a property.
